I would like to invite all members of Gensokyo, as well as Shina, Myey, Jotaro, and my other friends, to a little party at my house. I believe instead of celebrating a holiday this town wants, we should celebrate Gensokyo instead.

I secured plenty of Tea and picked up somethings called Hamburgers and hot dogs to cook. I hope you can all make it.

It was puzzling, and I would like to learn more, but I don't know how we can. Is there anyway to get to the TV station?
